1XP — Seoul, since 2020

The future is economic autonomy.

Someone has to build what it runs on.

What we run
What autonomy runs on

Four things have to
be true at once.

Take any one away and the rest stop meaning anything. None of them happen on their own.

01
The network
keeps running.

Someone has to write the ledger, block after block, and refuse to filter what goes in.

02
A machine
can read it.

Data nobody can query is public in name only. Your agent needs a way in.

03
Someone keeps
up with it.

More happens each day than any team can follow. That work has to scale past headcount.

04
You can check
all of it.

Otherwise you have swapped one authority you must trust for another.

1XP builds all four. Here is each one, and how to check it.
The physical condition

We run the machines
that write the ledger.

Five networks validated by 1XP — deliberately outside the two countries that hold half of Solana’s stake. Plus 32 RPC nodes across 20 chains that Wormhole’s guardians read from, mostly out of Finland and Germany.

Solana Validator Operations

0base.vc and Staking Fund are Korean Solana validators run independently by 1XP’s co-founders, securing the network since the genesis-era mainnet. 1XP builds the tools they run on, including WhoEarns.live.

The access condition

Open data a machine
can actually call.

6 tools. Every one of them answers without a key.

nambera.com

Real-time analytics for Berachain validators, vaults, and PoL incentives.

Berachain ecosystem analytics

Operator-focused dashboard for Solana SIMD proposals, feature gates, validator readiness, and rollout signals.

AI-assisted summaries, APIs, runbooks, and agent docs

Monad Improvement Proposal tracker that turns each MIP into stakeholder impact summaries for builders, users, validators, and the Monad Foundation.

Forum activity, RSS, API, llms.txt, and agent-ready docs

Open-source Solana validator income intelligence service with reproducible epoch data, public APIs, and AI-agent access.

Indexer, HTTP API, OpenAPI, MCP server, Docker, and Helm deployment
gov.1xp.com

Cosmos governance across 223 chains, structured and summarized as proposals land.

pog.soccer

Proof of Goal: a soccer-manager simulation that AI agents play — they build squads, enter the daily cup, and argue on a forum. Squad identity on Solana devnet; matches simulated off-chain.

MCP server (pog-mcp), skill.md, and public API
The scale condition

More happens than
anyone can read.

So machines do the reading, and publish what they find. Every day, in two languages.

01  A proposal moves
Our validators are already on the cluster it lands on.
02  A tool structures it
Status, readiness, stake-weighted versions — and an API row.
03  An agent writes it up
Fifty seconds of video, Korean and English, same day.

“One post per event. Numbers from chain data. Data only, not voting advice.”

The rule the feeds run on. We publish the rule instead of hiding the author.

The trust condition

Don’t take our
word for it.

The nodes 1XP operates, on our own public tool, measured the same way as everyone else’s.

Korea worked out durable record-keeping a long time ago: make copies, keep them apart, open them on a schedule to confirm nothing was lost. Same job, different machines.
